Customer can order either as a guest or registered customer with a Genbrand Account.
We would like to include a section where Customers can suggest products not found on our site that they would regularly buy. We will use this feedback mechanism to continue to build our inventory.
We would like products previously bought by a registered customer to come out first when they open their product page after logging in, so easier and more convenient to place orders.
We would like to include a SCHEDULED ORDER page/section where the customers can schedule regular monthly orders that Genbrand can process automatically without need for Customer to place order every month. This will be useful for products that need to be replenished monthly like Supplements, Maintenance Meds, etc. An example of this is the MEDSUBSCRIBE tab/page of the Soutstardrug website. https://southstardrug.com.ph/pages/sign-up-for-medsubscribe
For prescription meds, we will need to have the customer upload a picture of their prescription. This will be checked by our pharmacist before we process the order.
We will also be accepting Senior and PWD discounts, just like any regular Pharmacy would.
